What deleting does
Deleting your Push Rivals account permanently removes your profile, authentication record, gameplay statistics, match history, currency balances, owned cosmetics, friends list, ranks, trophies and any active subscription status linked to the account.
Some information may need to be kept for legal, security or fraud-prevention reasons — for example anonymised purchase records or abuse-prevention audit logs. When this happens, we remove anything that directly identifies you.
Delete from the app
The fastest way to delete your account is inside the app:
- Open Push Rivals and sign in.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Delete account at the bottom of the screen.
- Confirm by typing
DELETEwhen prompted.
Once confirmed, your account and associated personal data will be scheduled for deletion. This usually completes within a few days.
Request deletion without the app
If you no longer have access to the app or cannot sign in, you can request account deletion by email. Include the email address or username associated with your account so we can verify ownership.

Things to know
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
- You will lose access to your username, progress, ranks and purchases.
- If you have an active Premium subscription, deleting the account does not cancel the payment method itself — cancel recurring billing with the payment provider if needed.
- We may need up to 30 days to fully remove data from backups and logs.
